How long will my order take to arrive?
All items are packaged and shipped from Vancouver, Canada and will be sent within 1-5 business days of receiving the order! All orders have tracking numbers included by default.

U.S. orders: 3-6 business days through USPS

Canada orders: 1-6 business days through Canada Post

International orders: 5-22 business days through USPS or Asendia
My package is lost! What should I do?
Please contact your courier regarding all misplaced packages. As long as your address and information was input correctly, they will be the one who knows where your package will be. All packages will have a tracking number provided so you can keep track of your package at all times.
What are your refund and exchange policies?
All items are final sale and I will not be providing refunds or exchanges. If there was a mistake with your order from the store, please send an email to [email protected] and I'll be happy to help you out!
Oh no, I wrote the wrong address !!
Please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible and I can change the address as long as I have not shipped the package yet! In the case the package has already been sent off, there will be a reshipment fee to send the package again after it has been returned.
